The economy finds its way back to equilibrium even when it is thrown out of balance in the worst ways possible. Take for instance the 2009 financial crisis or the most recent Covid-19 pandemic.

Gone are the days when education meant sitting in a physical classroom with a teacher. Living in the 21st century with an ongoing pandemic and a never-ending competition to come out of the pack victorious amongst students irrespective of the level of the institution they are currently enrolled in.

Education and the flow of knowledge have never known boundaries since the beginning. The simple case of Buddha and the spread of his teachings all over Asia is a classic example of how knowledge flows between countries and kingdoms even during times when there were no modern forms of technology to ease this movement.

Gone are the days when colleges and employers select students based on grades and marks. Though they help students stand out from the rest, high marks and good grades don’t necessarily mean they are “ job ready .”With almost 6 million students graduating in India, less than 30% of them find jobs. Though the employment rates have shown a positive trend, a considerable demand still has to be met in the jobs market.
